He attends the congregation of MBIC (Manheim Brethren in Christ). His favorite verse from the Bible is Joshua 1:9 which says this: “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.” One thing Nicholas would like to change about the world is that there would be no wars because there are many wars and not much peace, and God calls us to be peaceful.

Cole decided to get into hunting, and it was his greatest decision because he now loves to hunt! One of his goals this year is to get a 260 in an archery tournament. As a long term goal, Cole wants to be a worker or even part owner of Martin Paving someday because he wants to work with his dad.

Cole’s role models are his mom and dad because they can work problems out, and they are successful in life. Cole goes to Ephrata Community Church and his favorite scripture verse is Jeremiah 29:11, “‘For I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the LORD, ‘plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.’” This verse stood out to Cole the first time he read it, and it has been his favorite ever since. Cole wants to change the world by putting wells everywhere that there is not a water source or only a dirty water source.

Malea goes to Manhiem Brethren in Christ where she sings on the worship team, attends youth group, and helps in the nursery. If she could change something in the world, Malea would make it possible for kids in schools all around the world to get a Bible in their language and have at least one free meal a day. She thinks this would be a good change because then everyone would have the opportunity to learn about Christ, and kids who don’t have enough food would not go hungry.
