Brenda L. Redcay, 61, of Ephrata, passed away on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at Lancaster General Hospital-Penn Medicine.
She was born in Ephrata to the late Carmen and Ethel (Fertig) Kehler and was the wife of W. Bryan Redcay, who would have been married 40 years this October.
Brenda worked In Customer Service and as a Sales-Engineering Supervisor at D & E Communications/Windstream for 36+ years. Brenda was an avid beach lover who enjoyed spending time near the water and making memories with those she loved. She enjoyed cookouts by the pool, road trips to different destinations, and simply being surrounded by those she loved. Most importantly, Brenda treasured spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter, who held a very special place in her heart.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by three children, Brianna Leigh, wife of Keith Sauder, Blake Thomas, husband of Kelsey Redcay, Brandon Tyler, husband of Jennifer Redcay; a granddaughter, Ava Leigh Sauder; two brothers, Steven, husband of Beth Kehler and David, husband of Barb Kehler.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother Randy Kehler.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
