Kurtis L. Brubaker, 75, of Denver, passed away on Thursday, May 15, 2025, at his home.

He was born in Stevens, son of the late Ammon S. and Nora S. (Stauffer) Brubaker and was the husband of LuAnn (Stull) Brubaker with whom he shared 47 years of marriage.

He was a member of White Oak Church in Penryn. He enjoyed yard sales and finding bargains. Also visiting, and gifting things to people.

Kurtis proudly served our country in the U.S. Navy during Vietnam. He worked as a machinist for Case New Holland for 32 years prior to his retirement.

In addition to his wife, Kurtis is survived by 7 children, Kerry Brubaker, Bradley Brubaker, Philip Brubaker, Tina Brubaker, David Brubaker, Diane Shirk, and Laura Brubaker; 8 grandchildren, Colten, Kenniah, Jeremiah, Michael, Asher, and Nathan Brubaker, Layla and Seirra Shirk; 3 siblings, Gloria (Roy) Kunkle, Randall (Ann Marie) Bru­baker, and Anita (Daniel) Ellenberger.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Gene Brubaker.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, May 22nd, from 6 to 8 PM and on Friday, May 23rd, from 10 to 11 AM, at the White Oak Church, 1211 N. Penryn Rd., Manheim. Funeral services will follow at 11 AM, with Jonathan Cassel officiating. Interment will take place in the Kurtz Cocalico Cemetery.
