Apple Sandwiches

  • apple
  • Peter Pan peanut butter (Original, Natural or Simply Ground)
  • granola

Core and slice apple. Spread a generous amount of peanut butter onto one side of two apple slices. On top of the peanut butter, sprinkle granola and top with other slice to make a sandwich. Once the apple sandwich is made, roll the edges into additional granola.


5 Ingredient Peanut Butter Energy Bites

  • 2/3 cups creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup oatmeal (quick)
  • ½ cup ground flax meal
  • 2 tablespoons honey, more if needed

Combine all five ingredients in medium bowl. Stir to combine. Place in refrigerator for 15 to 30 minutes so they are easier to roll. Roll into bite size bites and store in refrigerator.


Peanut Butter Banana Sushi

  • banana
  • Peter Pan peanut butter (Original, Natural or Simply Ground)
  • rice cereal

Coat banana with peanut butter. Roll in crushed rice cereal to coat. Cut into 1/2” slices.


Nutty Banana Wraps

  • 2 tablespoons nut or seed butter
  • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips, melted
  • flour or whole grain tortilla
  • 2 teaspoons shredded coconut
  • banana

Microwave chocolate chips for 20 seconds on high to melt; stir once. Spread melted chocolate and nut butter on tortilla. Sprinkle with shredded coconut. Set a peeled banana at the edge of tortilla and roll up. Cut in half and serve.

Note: Can be wrapped and chilled overnight. Can make just one at a time or many.


Puppy Chow

  • 8 cups Corn Chex
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups 10X sugar

Melt chocolate. Add butter; mix well. Add peanut butter; stir until mixed well. Pour over Chex in a large bowl. Cover with a lid and shake vigorously. When Chex are coated, add 10X sugar. Put on lid again and shake lightly until all Check are white.
