Audrey R. (Titlow) Priga, 89, formerly of Reading, resident of Providence Place, Lancaster, passed away Monday, May 15, 2023. Born in West Reading, she was a daughter of the late Howard B. and Edna (Endy) Titlow. Audrey was the wife of Edward J. Priga, with whom she shared 54 years of marriage until his passing in 2010.

Audrey graduated from Reading High School, class of 1952. After graduating high school, Audrey attended Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, graduating in 1955 as a Registered Nurse. During her time in Philadelphia getting her degree, she met Edward Priga and the two were married April 7, 1956. Audrey worked as the Assistant Director of Nursing for the former Community General Hospital in Reading until she retired in 1996. Audrey was an avid reader, enjoying all kinds of books such as novels, history books, and books on various current events. She also frequently put puzzles together on her iPad as a relaxing pastime. Audrey enjoyed traveling, particularly to the beach at Stone Harbor, and visiting her son Dan, in Pittsburgh. Her love and dedication to others will be forever remembered.

Audrey is survived by three children: Daniel (Sandra) Priga of Cranberry Township, Steven (Rebecca) Priga of Denver, & Amy (Jason) Blavatt of Reisterstown, MD; five grandchildren, Kate Priga of Pittsburgh, Benjamin (Katie) Priga, stationed in HI, Sarah (Tad) Shirley of Lacona, NY, & Jared & Rachel Blavatt of Reisterstown, MD; four great-grandchildren, Judah Shirley, Charlotte Shirley, Hayden Priga, & Madelyn Priga; one brother, Charles R. (Patricia) Titlow of Shillington; six nieces, and one brother-in-law, James (Sue) Priga of Bethlehem.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, May 18th from 9:30a.m. to 11a.m. with a funeral service to start at 11 a.m. at Good Sipler Funeral & Cremation Centre, 34 N. Reamstown Rd., Reamstown (Stevens). Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Shillington, PA.
